DISCREET PACKAGING
The doll will be packed in a tight, sturdy, moisture-proof carton, and there will be no information indicating that it is a doll. Please note that customs agents may open your doll box for inspection and determine the import tax for overseas customers.
FREE SHIPPING
We provide free and discreet delivery service, mainly to North America, Europe, and Asia. However, due to import laws and regulations and certain restrictions, we will not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Africa, UAE (Arab), Singapore, Japan, Brazil, or Mexico.
Delivery: Normally, 2-5 business days delivery from California, US for 98% of orders. Next-day delivery is available. 100% Discreet, Tax-Free, and Free Shipping. FedEx (UPS) location pick-up is available.
Please Note That:
1. We can send our realistic sex dolls to areas like Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska based on charging a $550 shipping fee per doll.
2. As the shipping cost to Europe by sea or rail is very expensive, we can only bear part of the shipping cost with very low profit, customers in Europe still need to pay $99 for the shipping from our factory to Europe, thank you for your understanding and support.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If the buyer chooses Express shipping, it will cost $399 for each doll. When the buyer purchases multiple dolls and chooses Express Shipping, then the buyer needs to pay the Express Shipping fee of $399 for each doll.
【Note: If the buyer purchases multiple dolls and only pays $399 for Express Shipping, we will only ship one doll by Express, The rest of the dolls will be shipped in the normal shipping method.】
PICK-UP SERVICE AVAILABLE
We support that buyers pick up the package at FedEx (UPS) locations. However, to produce both buyer and seller, you may need to accept the following terms.
1. Follow the tracking status.
As there are many orders we need to deal with every day, we cannot manually send arrival notifications for each customer. But UPS or FedEx will send you a notification automatically when the package arrives. You should be aware of the shipment status and contact the FedEx/UPS station to arrange pickup.
2. Leave a note on the shopping cart page.
Please leave us a note when you order from us or just send us an email if you need pickup service, we will make a note for you. Please offer us your local FedEx/UPS station address on your note or email it to us, we will take care of the rest.
3. Pick it up within 3 days.
The pickup policy requires customers to pick up the packages within 3 days of arrival at the FedEx/UPS station. If the package is returned because it was not picked up in time, the costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Leave us a note of the pickup point address when placing the order.
Please make a note of the pickup address and leave a message to customer service, no message or note specified location, we will randomly select the logistics delivery. if the package is returned because it was not picked up in time due to an address issue, the costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
The deductions that will be made if a package is returned because it was not picked up in time or due to the address issure.
The parcel is returned to the warehouse in good condition
1. Cancellation of order - the customer needs to pay the shipping fee and return shipping fee + 20% handling fee.
2. Re-shipment, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee and return shipping fee + 20% of the handling fee.
The package is lost or damaged on the way back
1. Cancellation of order - we DO NOT refund.
2. Re-shipment, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee and return shipping fee + 50% of the order amount.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
For packages sent to North America, UK and EU countries, we usually include customs duties in the postage. So for most cases, you don't need to pay customs duties.
For packages sent to Mexico, Canada, or other European countries outside the EU, customers generally need to cooperate with customs clearance and pay taxes independently. Usually, we will try our best to help our customers reduce their customs duties.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
1. For dolls in stock, shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. There may be exceptions.
2. For customized dolls, it normally takes 1-2 weeks from the date of order to manufacture your doll. After production is complete, we will confirm the details of the dolls to be shipped with buyers via email. There are two ways to ship customized orders.
a. Shipping by sea or rail, it normally takes about 30 days to the United States and 45 days to Europe.
b. Shipping by air, the average time is 5-8 days. (It normally takes 5-8 days to the United States after shipping)
Before sending the parcel, you can contact us to take the factory pictures if you need. We will ship the product after the user confirms approval. A parcel tracking number will be provided within 1-2 working days of approval being received. The clothes in the pictures are not included in the packages.
Our goal is to ship all products as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your new doll. However, please note that even if your doll is pre-configured, it will take some time to complete your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Your parcel will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email. For this reason, you must provide us with your correct contact information.

CHECK AND ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL
We suggest you inspect each item if your parcel arrives with any damage. Even if the carton looks good from the outside, it is recommended that you open each unit to inspect it. Take photos or videos as proof if needed. This should be done in front of the deliveryman, because once the deliveryman leaves, it is too late.
If the bill of lading or driver does not allow you to open the parcel for inspection before signing, you must carefully inspect the carton and pay attention to any damage, regardless of size. If you see any holes or damage to the carton, you must put the damaged parcel aside unopened for the carrier's inspector to inspect and ask the delivery person for the local phone number you can contact.
If you discover any damage in the future, you are solely responsible for filing a claim. In this case, you must immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions, or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help.
